Welcome to Imperial Cabs! These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our taxi services. By booking a ride with Imperial Cabs, you agree to abide by these terms.

2. Booking and Payment

  • Booking: You can book a ride through our mobile app, website, or by calling our hotline.
  • Payment: Payment can be made via cash, credit/debit card, or through our designated mobile payment platforms. Payment is due upon completion of the ride unless otherwise agreed upon.

3. Ride Cancellation and No-show Policy

  • Cancellation: You may cancel your ride without charge up to 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time. For cancellations after this time, a cancellation fee may apply.
  • No-show: If you fail to show up for your ride without cancelling it, a no-show fee may be charged.

4. Fare Calculation

  • Fare Structure: Our fares are calculated based on distance travelled, time taken, and any additional services requested.
  • Fare Estimate: We provide fare estimates before booking to give you an idea of the expected cost. However, actual fares may vary due to factors such as traffic and route changes.

5. Conduct of Passengers

  • Respectful Behaviour: Passengers are expected to behave respectfully towards our drivers and other passengers.
  • Prohibited Activities: Smoking, consuming alcohol, and engaging in any illegal activities are strictly prohibited in our vehicles.

6. Safety

  • Passenger Safety: Your safety is our priority. Our drivers are trained professionals who adhere to all traffic laws and safety regulations.
  • Vehicle Safety: We ensure that our vehicles undergo regular maintenance and inspections to uphold safety standards.
  • Emergency Procedures: In the event of an emergency, our drivers are equipped to handle the situation and will provide assistance as needed.

7. Luggage

  • Luggage Policy: Passengers are responsible for their luggage. Our drivers will assist with loading and unloading luggage, but we are not liable for any loss or damage to personal belongings.
  • Excess Luggage: Additional charges may apply for excessive luggage or oversized items. Please inform us in advance if you have special luggage requirements.

8. Liability

  • Limitation of Liability: While we take utmost care in providing our services, we are not liable for any loss, damage, or injury arising from the use of our services unless caused by our gross negligence or wilful misconduct.
  • Vehicle Condition: We ensure that our vehicles are properly maintained and in good condition. However, we are not liable for any loss or damage to personal belongings left in our vehicles.
